The purpose of this research is to investigate the theoretical and practical obstacles in the domain of Islamic economic rulings from the perspective of the divine words of revelation (the Holy Quran) and Nahj al-Balagha. Generally speaking, some of these obstacles are analyzed and interpreted in the epistemological domain; meaning that Islamic economics, as an economic school of thought, is derived from a justice-oriented social system inspired by divine teachings. It differs as an economic doctrine from other economic schools based on human knowledge known as economics. It is evident that this epistemological difference signifies its immunity to the deficiencies and flaws that may occur in the theoretical domain of human knowledge (economics). Another part of these obstacles pertains to the operationalization of Islamic economic laws, which presents itself as a barrier to the execution of these laws and hinders the advancement of implementing Islamic economic rulings in the executive and operational fields. Since the religion of Islam, the Holy Quran, and the tradition of the infallible encompass all aspects of human existence, including livelihood and material life, addressing such challenges is an unavoidable necessity. The researcher in this article aims to explore this issue based on the divine verses in the Holy Quran and the conduct of Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj al-Balagha. The research method in this article is descriptive and analytical, utilizing library resources.</p> <p class="Abstract" dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'B Nazanin';">بررسی موانع اجرای احکام اقتصادی دین اسلام از منظر قرآن کریم و نهج البلاغه موضوعی است که در این مقاله به آن پرداخته می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی موانع نظری و عملی در حوزه احکام اقتصاد اسلامی از نگاه کلام نورانی وحی (قرآن کریم) و نهج البلاغه است. به طور کلی، می‌توان گفت که بخشی از این موانع در حوزه معرفت‌شناسی مورد بررسی و تفسیر قرار می‌گیرد؛ به این معنا که اقتصاد اسلامی به عنوان یک مکتب اقتصادی، از یک نظام اجتماعی عدالت محورِ ملهم از آموزه‌های وحیانی گرفته شده و به عنوان یک مذهب اقتصادی با سایر مکاتب اقتصادی که بر اساس یک معرفت بشری موسوم به علم اقتصاد پایه‌ریزی شده‌اند، متفاوت است. بدیهی است که این تفاوت در حوزه معرفت‌شناسانه، به معنای عاری بودن آن از نقایص و ایراداتی است که ممکن است در حوزه نظری دانش بشر (علوم اقتصادی) رخ دهد. بخش دیگری از این موانع در حوزه عملیاتی نمودن قوانین اقتصاد اسلامی است که به عنوان سدی در مسیر اجرای این قوانین ظاهر شده و مانعی در مقابل پیشبرد اجرای احکام اقتصاد اسلامی در حوزه اجرایی و عملیاتی محسوب می‌شود. از آنجا که دین مبین اسلام، قرآن کریم و سنت معصوم همه شئونات وجودی انسان، از جمله معاش و زندگی مادی او را نیز در برمی‌گیرند، پاسخگویی به چالش‌هایی از این دست یک ضرورت اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. پژوهشگر در این مقاله به دنبال بررسی این موضوع بر اساس آیات الهی در قرآن کریم و سیره امام علی (ع) در نهج البلاغه می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در این مقاله نیز توصیفی و تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای است.</span></p> https://www.csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/17/4
