Journal Article 1403/09/26 <p>The teaching–learning process is an interactive engagement in which the teacher and the learner collaborate to effectively transmit cognitive concepts or knowledge, ensuring optimal learning outcomes. In this context, both the educator and the learner must adhere to educational–pedagogical principles. The teaching–learning process plays a significant role in shaping society and the political system within a framework of elevated governance. As individuals’ knowledge and understanding of the foundational principles and concepts underlying good governance increase—particularly those related to Imamiyyah jurisprudence—their ability to identify and analyze political and social issues also improves. To enhance the effectiveness of the educational process under the guidance of elevated governance, it is essential to formulate specific strategies and policies. The primary aim of this study is to develop policy-making mechanisms directed at the teaching–learning process to realize good governance through the lens of Imamiyyah jurisprudence. The research follows a descriptive–analytical methodology and is based on library resources. In order to derive relevant results and provide informed responses to the research questions, the study involves a comprehensive review and extraction of information from various books, academic journals, databases, and jurisprudential sources related to the topic. The findings delineate the indicators of good governance in a political system into two categories: negative and positive. The negative indicators include the quality of laws and regulations, political stability and absence of violence, and control of corruption. The positive indicators comprise the rule of law, freedom of expression and accountability, and government effectiveness and efficiency. The findings also reveal that there is a statistically significant difference in the perspectives of faculty members—based on demographic variables such as academic discipline, teaching experience, and academic rank—regarding the impact of globalization on the dimensions of the teaching–learning process.</p> <p>یاددهی - یادگیری فرایندی است که در آن معلم و شاگرد در یک رابطه متعامل تلاش می‌کنند تا مفاهیم شناخت یا دانشی انتقال داده شود و امر یادگیری به نحو مطلوب صورت پذیرد. در این راستا مربی و متربی می‌بایست به الزامات تربیتی - آموزشی تقید داشته باشند. فرایند یاددهی - یادگیری در حکمرانی متعالی تأثیر قابل توجهی در جامعه و نظام سیاسی دارد. با افزایش دانش و درک افراد از اصول و مفاهیم شکل دهنده حکمرانی متعالی و نیز مفاهیم مندرج مرتبط به این<strong> </strong>مقوله در فقه امامیه، توانایی شناسایی و تحلیل مسائل سیاسی و اجتماعی افزایش می‌یابد. برای توسعه و بهبود فرایند آموزش و یادگیری در پرتو حکمرانی متعالی، نیاز است تا استراتژی‌ها و سیاست‌هایی در نظر گرفته شود. هدف اصلی پژوهش سیاست گذاری ناظر بر فرآیند یاددهی و یادگیری به منظور تحقق حکمرانی مطلوب در پرتو فقه امامیه می‌باشد. روش بررسی این پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی است و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. بدین معنی که برای به دست آوردن نتایج مطلوب در این پژوهش و ارائه‌ پاسخ مناسب به سوالات پژوهش، به مطالعه و جمع آوری اطلاعات از کتب مختلفی که مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش، فیش‌برداری از كتب و مجلات گوناگون، بانك‌های اطلاعاتی، منابع فقهی، می‌باشد. نتیجه شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب را برای یک نظام سیاسی به دوجه سلبی و ایجابی ترسیم شده که شاخص‌های سلبی عبارتند از: کیفیت قوانین و مقررات، ثبات سیاسی و عدم خشونت،کنترل فساد؛ شاخص‌های ایجابی عباتند از: حاکمیت قانون، حق اظهارنظر و پاسخگویی، کارایی و اثر بخشی دولت بوده است و یافته‌ها نشان داده است که بین دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی بر اساس ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی(رشته تحصیلی، سابقه تدریس و مرتبه علمی) در مورد تأثیر جهانی شدن بر ابعاد فرآیند یاددهی ـ یادگیری، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.</p> https://www.csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/319/364
