This article presents a comparative analysis of these two theories and examines their impacts on Iran's domestic policies. Ayatollah Montazeri emphasized the necessity of oversight and the limitation of the jurist's authority, contributing to the strengthening of supervisory institutions and public participation in political decision-making processes. Conversely, Ayatollah Jawadi Amoli focused on moral and religious principles, solidifying the role of the jurist as a religious and ethical leader. By examining the differences and similarities between these two theories, this article analyzes their effects on Iran's political, social, and economic developments. The findings indicate that, despite significant differences, both theories have contributed to the development and reinforcement of the Islamic Republic of Iran.</p> <p>نظریه ولایت فقیه به عنوان یکی از اصول اساسی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، توسط فقیهان برجسته‌ای چون آیت‌الله حسینعلی منتظری و آیت‌الله عبدالله جوادی آملی مورد بررسی و تبیین قرار گرفته است. این مقاله به تحلیل تطبیقی این دو نظریه پرداخته و به بررسی تأثیرات آن‌ها بر سیاست‌های داخلی ایران می‌پردازد. آیت‌الله منتظری با تأکید بر لزوم نظارت و محدودیت اختیارات ولی فقیه، به تقویت نهادهای نظارتی و مشارکت مردم در فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری سیاسی کمک کرده است. در مقابل، آیت‌الله جوادی آملی با تأکید بر اصول اخلاقی و دینی، نقش ولی فقیه را به عنوان یک رهبر دینی و اخلاقی تثبیت کرده است. این مقاله با بررسی تفاوت‌ها و اشتراکات این دو نظریه، تأثیرات آن‌ها را بر تحولات سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی ایران تحلیل می‌کند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که هر دو نظریه با وجود تفاوت‌های مهم، به نحوی به توسعه و تقویت نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران کمک کرده‌اند.</p> https://www.csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/34/17
