Journal Article 1403/10/10 <p>The present research, concerning international economic crimes, examines the patterns, methods, and processes employed for detection and investigation in this area. The study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of detection and investigation by the Iranian police in the field of international economic crimes. In terms of purpose, the study is applied, and in terms of data type, it is qualitative. The statistical population included documents, theoretical foundations, and literature in domestic and foreign databases, as well as academic and organizational experts (senior officers of the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran). The sample size in this research was selected based on the principle of theoretical saturation and through a purposive non-random sampling method, consisting of 18 interviewees. Research tools included a systematic review of the literature and open interviews. In this study, the validity and reliability of the interviews were examined and confirmed. For data analysis, the thematic analysis method was employed using MaxQda-V12 software. The main model included 4 dimensions (prevention and awareness-raising, detection and collection of evidence, investigation and analysis, and development and improvement), 16 components, and 90 indicators. In the final stage, the model was validated by experts and was found to possess appropriate credibility. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the model of detection and investigation by the Iranian police in the field of international economic crimes is a comprehensive and coherent framework that can contribute to the detection and investigation of international economic crimes. This model emphasizes four main dimensions. Each dimension holds particular significance and can have an impact on the detection and investigation practices of the Iranian police regarding international economic crimes. Ultimately, it can be stated that, due to its focus on a specific subject, the examination of both current and future conditions, concentration on international economic crimes, application of modern research methods, and provision of practical recommendations, this research carries considerable innovation and can serve as a valuable resource for policymakers, law enforcement managers, and researchers in the field of international economic crimes.</p> <p>پژوهش حاضر پیرامون جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی، به بررسی الگوها، روش‌ها و فرایندهایی می‌پردازد که برای کشف و تحقیقات در زمینه جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی استفاده می‌شود. این<strong> </strong>پژوهش باهدف ارائه الگوی کشف و تحقیقات پلیس ایران در عرصه جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی انجام شد. پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نوع داده کیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل اسناد، مبانی نظری و پیشینه­ در پایگاه­های داده داخلی و خارجی و در بخش مصاحبه خبرگان دانشگاهی و سازمانی (مسئولین فراجا) بود. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش، بر اساس اصل اشباع و روش نمونه­گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند 18 مصاحبه‌شونده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات و مصاحبه باز بود. در این پژوهش، روایی و پایایی مصاحبه­ها بررسی و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش تحلیل مضمون با نرم‌افزار MaxQda-V12 استفاده شد. الگوی به دست آمده شامل 4 بعد (پیشگیری و آگاهی‌رسانی، کشف و جمع‌آوری ادله، تحقیقات و تحلیل و توسعه و بهبود)، 16 مؤلفه و 90 شاخص بود. در آخر الگو از دید خبرگان از اعتبار مناسبی برخوردار بود. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که الگوی کشف و تحقیقات پلیس ایران در عرصه جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی، الگویی جامع و منسجم است که می‌تواند به کشف و تحقیقات جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی کمک کند. این الگو، بر 4 بعد ‌اصلی تأکید دارد. هر یک از ابعاد اهمیت خاص خود را دارند و می‌توانند تأثیری بر الگوی کشف و تحقیقات پلیس ایران در عرصه جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی داشته باشند. درنهایت می­توان گفت، این پژوهش به دلیل تمرکز بر موضوعی خاص، بررسی وضعیت فعلی و آینده، تمرکز بر جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی، استفاده از روش‌های نوین تحقیقاتی و ارائه پیشنهادات کاربردی، دارای نوآوری قابل‌توجهی است و می‌تواند به‌عنوان منبعی ارزشمند برای سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران انتظامی و پژوهشگران در زمینه جرائم اقتصادی بین‌المللی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.</p> https://www.csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/356/327
