The incident of Ghadir Khum, as the greatest declaration of wilayah in the history of Islam, provides a comprehensive model for realizing unity based on religious truths. This research, with a jurisprudential approach and citing rules such as submission to the most important, harmlessness, negation of the path, and the obligation to maintain the system, shows that the wilayah of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) as a pivotal basis for religious guidance and authority, plays an unparalleled role in the sustainability of Islamic unity. Analysis of the Quranic texts and related narrations makes it clear that the principle of wilayah, in addition to protecting Islamic identity, is the key to managing differences and preventing ideological and social deviations.<br />Focusing on the incident of Ghadir and the emphasis of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) on the guardianship of Imam Ali (PBUH), as well as citing the principle of enjoining good and forbidding evil as the axis of the survival of the Sharia and the actions of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) in defending guardianship as the most important guardianship, this research argues that Islamic unity will only be sustainable when it is based on the axis of guardianship and divine authority. The findings indicate that jurisprudential rules, by emphasizing the preservation of the interests of the nation and preventing deviation, provide a theoretical and practical basis for achieving unity. By simultaneously utilizing narrative and rational foundations, this research introduces a complete model of Islamic unity with regard to the role of guardianship and presents effective jurisprudential and practical solutions for the cohesion of the Islamic nation.</p> <p>وحدت اسلامی، به‌عنوان یکی از اساسی‌ترین مفاهیم راهبردی در دین اسلام، تنها زمانی به انسجام پایدار امت منجر می‌شود که بر پایه اصول اعتقادی اصیل، به‌ویژه ولایت ، استوار باشد. واقعه غدیر خم، به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین اعلان ولایی در تاریخ اسلام، الگویی جامع برای تحقق وحدتی مبتنی بر حقایق دینی ارائه می‌دهد. این پژوهش با رویکردی فقهی و استناد به قواعدی همچون تقدیم اهم، لاضرر، نفی سبیل و وجوب حفظ نظام، نشان می‌دهد که ولایت اهل‌بیت (علیهم‌السلام) به عنوان مبنایی محوری  در هدایت و مرجعیت دینی، نقشی بی بدیل در پایداری وحدت اسلامی ایفا می کند. تحلیل نصوص قرآنی و روایات مرتبط ،روشن می‌سازد که اصل ولایت، علاوه بر صیانت از هویت اسلامی، کلیدی برای مدیریت اختلافات و جلوگیری از انحرافات اعتقادی و اجتماعی است. <br />این پژوهش با تمرکز بر واقعه غدیر و تأکید پیامبر اکرم (صلی‌الله‌علیه‌وآله) بر ولایت امام علی (علیه‌السلام)، و نیز استناد به قاعده امر به معروف و نهی از منکر به عنوان محور بقای شریعت و اقدامات حضرت زهرا (سلام‌الله‌علیها)در دفاع از ولایت به مثابه مهم ترین معروف، استدلال می‌کند که وحدت اسلامی تنها زمانی پایدار خواهد بود که بر محور ولایت و مرجعیت الهی استوار باشد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که قواعد فقهی، با تأکید بر حفظ مصالح امت و جلوگیری از انحراف، بستری نظری و عملی برای تحقق وحدت فراهم می‌کنند. این پژوهش از طریق بهره گیری هم زمان از مبانی نقلی و عقلی، الگوی کامل وحدت اسلامی را با توجه به نقش ولایت معرفی کرده و راهکارهای کارآمد فقهی و عملی را در جهت انسجام امت اسلامی ارائه می کند.</p> https://www.csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/432/258
